Internal working chamber of the device is designed to ensure proper ventilation and exhaust at different heights, for substances having different density. b. Specifically, the exhaust system is designed to ensure proper evacuation of Formaldheyde, expectedly largely employed in these devices, having high density and therefore stationing in the lower area of the chamber. For this reason, the working chamber is equipped with enhanced exhaust system for the work-surface area, with specific exhaust grids for Formaldheyde. e. Exhaust fan can be installed either on-board the fume cupboard or in a remote position, is realized entirely in anti-acid PVC and suitably protected by a dedicated switch. All exhaust fans have the following technical features: Direct-drive fan, activated by electric motor; Housing of the fan entirely realized in molded PE (Polyethylene); Impeller of the fan entirely realized in PP (Polypropylene); High capacity impeller, with backwards-curved blades; Support base of the fan realized in epoxy-powder coated steel; f. Employment of PP and PE allows to obtain an Highly chemical-resistant exhaust fans, suitable for the treatment of all wastes deriving from laboratories and chemical fume cupboards, including aggressive acids. g. Exhaust Fans are chosen according to the following parameters: Dimension of the Fume Cupboard; Required working Specifications of the Fume Cupboard; Required Airflow Capacity [m3/h]; Total Head Loss of the Exhaust Ducting System;
